HAS THE EPRDF FORMED A DEATH SQUAD UNDER SEBHAT NEGA?

The bodies of six strangled people have been found under bridges and in ditches in several parts of Addis Ababa. The faces of the dead were covered by shawls/shash/.The corpses have been taken to the Menelik Hospital Morgue but there have been no report on their identities.

 Several months had passed since a report surfaced from those close to the ruling EPRDF's security department to the effect that a Special Death Squad made up of exclusive Tigrean /the ethnic group of the main ruler of Ethiopia/ commandos trained by China and North Korea. The dead are reported to be supporters of opposition parties. The EPRDF has refused to give a comment or explanation on the appearance of strangled people with their covered faces. Observers state that the regime is trying to instil fear and terror in the minds of the people. It is known that special "anti terror" units have also been trained at the Blattein camp by US Marines and Special Forces instructors. Other unexplaiend deaths have been continuousy reported from rural areas while the atrocities in the ogaden have also led to selective assassiantion by EPRDF seucirty forces.
